Are your 91 model years the year the styling got updated? If so, it is likely they may work, as in fit. The spring rates may be different, but it's hard to say without trying.

It is the pre-facelift shape, before they updated the styling. Seeing as there's little I can do for engine performance on the NA, I'd get better handling but on a budget, I'm a little out my depth and really donno where to start. The cars mint so I'm likely to hang on to it even after I find me a mint gt wagon

Since it's the pre-face lift model, they will likely not work. The rear springs are tapered in the rear....or at least they are in the US. I would expect them to be the same.
