All the info and pictures are up in the goofy eBay listing, but here's the brief scoop:

it's practically brand new. I'm selling it because I'm replacing it with a 3G iPad. I used it very lightly and always kept it in a case. I actually never even used the charger and cable because I already had those. It comes with a brand new genuine Apple case, and with all of the original packaging.
