Novice Rally

Post by Mark Ward »

Hi Everyone,
Just to let you know, if you live in the Pacific North West, I will be
putting on a novice TSD rally on April 1st. We will be giving a leson before
we send cars out, then the cars do 2 stages, then come back in to check your
points and then a Q&A. We then send you out for 2 more stages, a little
harder this time, come back in for final score.
My pro-rally car will be there for looking at as well as 1 or 2 more pro
cars. Surface will be 75% gravel but any car will be fine, just dont bring
your autocross tires out!
All this for a bargain $25 cdn.

For more info check out www.rallybc.com

Why dosen't anybody on the east cost do this shit.. i live in PA we have
milliions of logging trails and back roads.. cant someone put this shit
together?I know i'm not the only one who lives around here on this list. I
don't mint driveing 5-6 hours if i know i'll be rallying all the next
day/days.. But 40 hours /cross country is to much..

We had a car from Maine this year for Thunderbird Rally! I speculate that
there is no event in North America like it. "Brisk" pace, awesome roads,
mountains, "ice racing", beautiful scenery. We draw cars from
Oregon,California, Alberta, Washington, British Columbia.

This is why we do this training. TSD is a great way to start ralling, or at
least find out if you want to do more. There should be someone on the East
Coast putting on training like this.
Pat Richard got started in ralling on the Thunderbird Rally.
