A/C Fan/Heater Fan doesn't blow (radio flashes + chk engine)

Hi guys,

I have a 1990 Subaru Legacy LS Sedan.

It has presented me with some problems currently.

This one is the most frustrating because its cool where I am and the windows fog up.

I try to switch on my defroster for my front window and theres NO AIR blowing.
No air pressure at all.

I think this stems from a bigger problem.

Lately, when my turn signal is blinking so is my radio screen as well.

Please advise on what it could be.

I think its a short or relay or fuse busted.

Yeah, it sounds like a short. I'd start by trying to look at power from the main box and check things at each circuit until you find the problem. Here's the wiring diagrams for the 90 legacy.
