Yes, but you'll need the slave cylinder, pressure plate, throwout bearing and probably the flywheel & clutch disc and rear differential from the new tranny

Compatable? No. Will it fit? Yes. As mentioned, you'll have to swap everything over. There are a lot of differences between turbo and non turbo transmissions.
