STI shifter trim?

Were are people buying theses, they look nice and I would like to get one I searched the forum but couldn't find much... Is there any kind of write up as how to install on as well that would be nice

It's easy. You just have to cut out the left and right sides of your console a little bit to get it to drop in. Then just fab up some brackets or something underneath to hold it in place. You'll want to get a WRX shift boot though because the STI one doesn't fit right at the top because of those goofy knobs the STIs have.

Just search NASIOC for things like "shift boot" "shift trim". That's where I got mine.

Here's how mine looks with I think and 06 WRX boot and knob. I haven't attached the boot and trim piece together yet though.

Nah, you just have to find the right seller. Another good way to find them if look for STI part outs and tell them you want the trim piece for the shifter.
