Welcome to BBS. You will find that the seach button here is the easiest way to find the answer you are looking for in the sea of knowledge that is Legacy Central.
But to answer your question. The hard part of it is that there no WRX scoops that are direct drop in replacements for our hood without modifications. Basically your going to have to cut a bigger hole in the hood to make the new one fit and either bolt it in or glue it in. That being said, go find a scoop you like, bust out your dremel and start grinding away.
they don't just fit directly on. if u want to look good anyways, im redoing my hood and i have to fab the sheet metal to jet it fit down in like it was stock. you can get a sheet metal former to make a a real lip and make it sit proper.

Thank you. Exactly the info I was looking for. Your scoop looks fantastic. I'm hoping to find one and install as a summer project. I will definitely search more before posting next question.
