what type of 5mt fluid to use

ok so im gunna put new fluid in my transmision and i dont know what to put in it so what is a good brand are what do you use

Extra-S from subaru. Its good stuff. You have to buy the whole bucket. Its like $150. But you can just sell the rest, or keep it for other cars.

Most dealers will sell you Xtra-S by the quart if you bring in your own container(s). Or at least my local dealership sold it to me by the quart.

Unless its a 6mt or a built 5mt, I'd feel completely ok running any name brand 80w90

I think I used 75w90 Redline in mine. No problems.
