Interior- HVAC Vents

Post by Lancealpha »

I cant seem to find this on the fourm anywere but has anyone ever removed the vents on the passenger side of the dash on a 93 legacy? I'm re-painting the dash because of how faded it is and i want to do the dash in a flat black and the vents in glos black.

Thanks
~Rob

Welcome to the BBS Rob.

I believe the vents are clipped in. You'll have to pull them out. You may be able to use a screw driver around the edge to help undo the clip. Also, putting a piece of rope through the vent so it can be pulled on may help as well.

Ok cool I got em. The clip is on the bottom so I lightly pried up with a flat head screw driver and used another to pry the clips because they got stuck but they came out with no damage thank you
