90 legacy no spark on 3 and 4

Wanted to know if anybody has run into this problem before. I've tried 2 other coils and still the same. The coil gets hot in the area where 3 & 4 are. Any help would be appreciated.

Check for shorts in the wire from the ignitor to the coil pack that powers 3 and 4...cannot remember which wire color it is off the top of my head.

Welcome to the BBS.

It sounds like the coil may be bad. I'd suggest checking the coil resistances and see if they match up to the factory specs.
