coilover adjustment issues

while lowering my buddies 91 ss with d2 coilovers i get the rear and the passenger front all to move with no problem but when it comes to the drivers front it dosent sem to wanna budge, everything on the coilover seems to be working fine its just not lowereing, ive soaked the shock it pb blaster an also drove it around some hoping it would unbind, would love any input on this situation thanks

Keep soaking it. If you can't get it you might have to take them off and use a rubber mallet or something to break it loose.
