Are you like me and drive enough on the highway to hate not having it?
Well, thanks to my being completely Anal, and the fact that Josh has read the FSM front to back, I have an EASY solution.
( this only works for 92-94 due to the change in wiring from 91-92)
You will need to acquire a cruise control computer from either a NA or Turbo MANUAL Transmission car (92,93,94 all ok).
You will also need to get the lower clutch switch plug and wires from the same vehicle(s) ( there should be a switch that this fits into from your swapping to the manual pedal assemby )

IF YOU USED A 1991 PEDAL ASSEMBY, I CANNOT GUARANTEE THIS PLUG EXISTS BUT IT SHOULD
tools:
8mm socket
10mm socket
Phillips Screwdriver
Remove the glovebox. It is secured by two screws on the bottom.
Remove the lower cross piece that the glove box bolted to.

Remove the right side aluminum support brace.
There will be two or three black screws down the front, a nut underneath, and a large screw under a 1x1 plastic cover piece at the lower right of the dash.

Unplug the two plugs from the bottom of the cruise control computer.
Unscrew the two screws (top and bottom) that secure the cruise computer to the dash frame.
There will be two relays attached to the cruise computer. The black one will be the master relay. You will need to keep this one connected. The other relay ( may be gold and has 2 pins horizontal and 2 vertical) will be the inhibitor relay. Unplug this relay and throw it away.
You will need to run wires from both the Yellow/Blue wire and the Yellow/red wire from the plug that was the inhibitor relay to the clutch relay switch plug.

attach those two wires to the clutch relay switch plug ( does not matter which color to which as the switch is a on/off switch)
re-install in reverse.
===============================================================
The test run showed the cruise worked.
Clutch switch turned it off
brake switch turned it off.
Set/resume/accel and coast all worked.
BUT I DID NOT SEE IF THE NEUTRAL SWITCH TURN OFF WORKED. SO JUST DON'T JAM IT OUT OF GEAR WHILE CRUISE IS ON.
Special thanks to Josh
