Cleaning the Intake/injection, advices ?

Hi.

I've got the special liquid to clean carburators, i already
expirienced with it on couple of carburators and i must say, its GR8 !
I was wondering if its worth using it to clean the intake manifold of
my Legacy 1993 SPFI, the intake manifold it pritty simple
and there are only 3 electrical instruments (inclouding the injector) to pull out from that intake manifold (to not make damage with this liquid) before starting.
I would like to hear some advices about doing it.
