Subarus have two heads. Each SOHC has one in each head. DOHC have four total, two in each head.

This is a good price and worth it. I have these and love them.

I have the 230's and its all mid to top end power. you lose some in the lows but if I am driving fast its always going to be in the high rpms. You do get a rough idle though.

I am interested. For the guys that are currently using this grind. Do you have to alter timing at all to get a proper run, or are these a drop on replacement?

I just dropped them with out making any adjustments. I would say it is on the border line though.

I'm working on raising the idle to reduce the choppyness otherwise they work great mid-top end is better.

Thesubielover, pretty much any engine shop should be able to complete the install. Just FYI I think Delta is actually located in WA.

Delta is located in Tacoma, WA. I'm pretty sure they grind Subaru cams for $85 each, so $170+tax will get you a set of cams reworked locally.

Nice, thanks for the info. What do I benefit from griding them

Delta takes your stock cams and adds material to them then reshapes the lobes by grinding them into a more aggressive profile. It improves power quite a bit at the expense of a little low end torque and with a little rougher idle.
