According to Haynes, its supposed to be somewhere on the right side. I believe I found the drain plug for th differential, but I can't find the dip stick. I found one on the driver's side for ATF but can't find the one for differential.

Passenger side of the transmission, doesn't stick up as far as the ATF dipstick on the other side. Should have a metal loop to pull it out that likes to hide under the A/C lines.

I looked all over with a flash light, then from under neath and still couldn't find it. Is it to the front of or behind the axle?

All I have to check on is an AWD, but it is level with and about 4 inches back from where the speedometer cable enters the transmission.

You can see the two dipstick tubes in this picture.

The differential dipstick is just behind where the speedometer cable goes.
