front brake grinding into the rotor?
a day or two ago i notice a wide sound coming from my drive side front brakes and all so saw my rotor getting really stracked up their new rotors and brake that i put on almost a year ago. i don't know what could throw the caliper off balance. i replaced retaining clips and still nothing changed.

Could my rotor be warped?

front brake grinding into the rotor?
You'd feel it if it was warped. Heavy vibration under braking.
Re: front brake grinding into the rotor?
i feel it more when turn the wheel slightly left
Re: front brake grinding into the rotor?
Could bad ball joint make my wheel push to the outside. The side of my rotor that is damaged is the outside rotor the inside looks untouched.
Re: front brake grinding into the rotor?
Also may want to look at the wheel bearing.

Re: front brake grinding into the rotor?
I seconded the wheel Bearing, just changed one. It actually broke the caliper bracket it was so bad.

Hopefully the bearing isn't junk now. Did you stake the nut so it couldn't back off this time?
Re: front brake grinding into the rotor?

Re: front brake grinding into the rotor?
What did you torque the nut to?

Re: front brake grinding into the rotor?
That's in the proper torque range, 123 - 152 ft-lbs.
