Hey guys,

I have a JDM legacy with power mirrors, roof and auto ac (climate control?). Sometimes the power mirrors will not work (folding or adjusting), then they will randomly start to function again. I always suspected that it was the switch and was lazily looking for a replacement. However, I happened to notice the other day that when the mirrors aren't working, the ac won't work either. This probably means that it is not a switch problem. What I'm wondering is how the two systems are interconnected and how I could go about diagnosing this.

My best recommendation would be to download the factory manual for the 92 Liberty (probably closest I have to the JDM model). With that you should be able to look at the electrical diagrams and trace how the two systems are connected.
