TD04 Upgrade on 2.2T

So I dropped a 2.2T into my Brat. I upgraded the turbo to a TD04 and have an intercooler for it too but after further investigating the intercooler is too big to clear the hood.
My question is what is needed and not needed hooking up the lines?
I would like to see pics if any have them. Of course being in the Brat things are closer than in the legacy so I am trying to see ideas or ways that others have hooked up the TD04 cause things are tight.

Both actually. Things are tight when you change to the TD04 so pics of what you have done with the turbo and intercooler would be very helpful. Thx
