Okay I posted about my issue with installing my kyb shocks and tein springs well it went on the car perfect but now ABS light is on and it isn't on right when I start it but when I slowly come to a stop I feel the breaks slip and then the light comes on and stays on.

Breaks didn't have this issue before and it doesn't feel like the breaks are going out I can still stop fine if anyone has had this issue and you fixed it please help me out it would be great

Mine did the same thing when I put my coil overs on. Abs light doesn't come until you start to move. I hate abs so I don't bother to fix it. Prob messed up a wire or the sensor

I would check the ABS module for codes, I think there is a diagnostic plug under the dash on the driver's side or you can check it at the ABS module which has a LED light that will flash the code. I have never done this so you may want to do a search on it to get more info on how to check it.

The ABS module is under passenger side seat and you will see a flap in the carpet. That's where you will find the LED flashing the codes.

Okay I'll check it when I get home does car need to be running or in the on position and will it do the same as the check engine like when it flashes the code?

Here are the instructions for the ABS code retrieval.

What year is your Legacy? If it has the newer 2E ABS system, it'll be a little different.

You've probably got the 2E, but I'd start by trying to read the codes at the ABS ECU.
