Update, broke second gear drive and driven are missing teeth. Got the shafts out but need to press off the gears. Anyone done this before near Vancouver. Don't want to mess it up. And I dont have a press.

im sure there are some machine shops around you that would press a few gears for pretty cheap. It cost me $20 a gear to do mine before I had a press. a bit steep in my opinion but I didn't have any other choice.

Finally had time to try and get this car running again but now the transmission won't shift with the engine on. Fork and throw out bearing seem to be moving but clutch is not releasing allowing for a shift into gear. It shifts fine without engine on.

Transmission finally is working! Now I am having engine issues, I am unable to press throttle down to where I get over a couple lbs of boost and the engine begans to die. Any ideas? I went over vacuum lines and they seem fine.

Any codes in the ECU if you do the active diagnostic with the green diagnostic connectors?

It also may be helpful if you start a new thread in the electrical forum.

Thanks

Codes are really hard for me to read. But I tidy up the hose lines and no she is getting all the boost/power as before!
