Half attached tranny mount...

Um so I did something very dumb and I'm aware of it. I tried tightening all my tranny mount bolts with an impact gun...
So now one of the bolts is dangling in it's hole and it won't tighten or loosen, it just spins. This is the driver side bolt of the long brace that are 17mm's I think. It's the two biggest bolts, one one each side. This is a 5mt on my 92 legacy ss.
Now my tranny bounces and knocks against my car and it's making my cv axles click too and is wearing my tires down AND it makes the whole car shake when I let off the gas and ride the engine down to a stop lol.
So I am wondering how I should go about fixing this. I'm thinking there was a welded down nut on the other side and the impact gun broke the welds and I need to re-weld that nut somehow. Is this correct or is it setup way different? Any thoughts on how I should go about fixing this thing would be awesome, thanks.
