It is constantly varying depending on driving conditions, but if you're cruising down the highway it'll be about 90/10. The most it could ever be is 50/50. The amount of rear drive/lockup will primarily depend on acceleration/throttle position and front & rear wheel speed differences.

So what does the ratio look like in 1st and 2nd manual gears on an automatic? That guy never got back to me on what the specs were.

50:50 split in 1st and 2nd when you have the gear lever in those positions.

If you wish to verify, many multimeters have a duty cycle function. This can be used to monitor the wire that goes to the AWD solenoid (Duty cycle C?). The wiring diagram will show the wire color and position. The trans ECU is right above your left knee, so tapping the meter into the wires should be pretty easy.

100% duty cycle = 50/50 torque split
50% duty cycle = 75/25
20% duty cycle= 90/10
etc...
