fuel tank swap

Didn't know what section to put this in... i have a 90 wagon with a shot fuel tank, am i limited to just another of the same wagon body/chassis for a donor?

As long as if you have a AWD, the donor is AWD. Can not mix 2wd with 4wd. But wagon or sedan are the same.

There are some gotcha's that others have detailed when swapping to other model tanks. Do a search for that if you like.
I'm 100% positive the 2000+ legacy tank won't fit, it is shaped differently and has different mounting points. A shame, cause that tank has one more gallon capacity.
