Cam Seal

Post by imtb »

I noticed this is leaking and wondering if it is the same seal as in the front behind cam pulley? I have extra cams seals but not sure if same as the front.

I want to replace, but never have had this part off any advice? tips?

That will have an o-ring behind it. It's not the same as the front seals.

Yup, it's pretty easy to replace.

Dealer had it in stock and changed it out last night. It was leaking pretty good. O ring was all dry and cracked.
