Radiator cooling fan relay location

Real quick, I was wondering if anyone knows where the cooling fan relays are? I've seen posts about HVAC relays for the blower motor, but I'm not looking for those, just the relays for the cooling fans.

in the relay/ fuse box in the engine bay it should be the first two on the left side

Hey guys, I got a Legacy 1993 4wd manual 2.2l, I have a problem with the cooler fan and I can not fine the relay... My car doesn't have AC so the car doesn't has the left row neither the top row at all, you can see the box from a Legacy with AC (It is not my box).
So where should be the relays in my case?

According to the wiring diagrams, there is also a "main fan relay" on the interior fusebox.
