I searched but could not find my answer.
Anyone have a guide on removing the ecu out of the 1991 legacy?

the ecu is located in the drivers footwell. first you have to remove the dash panel underneath the steering wheel. if you are looking at the steering wheel, the ecu is located on the left side of the foot well. there are two nuts that need to be removed on the back of the case, which faces the drivers seat. it is kind of a pain in the ass to reach back there, but its there with the four harness plugs coming off it!
