the engine is a ej20g 1994.. the wiring is a 1995 ej20g wrx...

If I understand correctly, you are trying to use the 94 ej20g crank & cam sensors, but the do not match up with the wiring from the 95 ej20g WRX. To make this work you would need to either find the wiring with the correct connectors and splice the wiring together or you could try and find a completely different plug with wiring and make it work.
