Exterior trim weather stripping

I am in the process of repainting the trim on the legacy, and the rubber around the rear window trim is shot, does anyone know if it is still available? or has someone here used something to replace it?

I don't think you can buy it separately from Subaru. There is bound to be something that would work in its place. I'd like to know because I will need some when I ever get around to putting the side skirts on my car. My best suggestion would be to talk with a few body shops or body shop supply stores for a "generic" solution that works.
