Looks good!

Just out of curiosity, what have you done to your corner lights?

I defluted them also. Blacked the inside. But left the inner light diffuser so the bulb light would still be decent. I had to run a border because the glue seam is visible through the clear lenses now. Fluting hid it all stock

well the sanding process is 9/10s the work.
- lamps must be heated in an oven @ 225c for about 15 min each to melt the butyl sealer and carefully seperated.
-markers are especially difficult because they use 4 clips (lens connects positively to lens housing in 4 places) and mayor may not have 2 hidden screws per lamp that connect the lens to the housing.
- lenses now must be sanded free of inner fluting beginning at 80 grit, progressively working up incrementally to 1500 grit wetsanding ( 320 was last grit I dry sanded) while sanding you can stop, get the lens wet, and you will see flaws, or areas you need to work on)
- after wetsanding I 4 stage polished them inside and out with meguires heavy, med, fine cutter, machine glaze swirl remover/sealer, and hi gloss wax.
- proform pf410 butyl tape was used to reseal lenses- approx 220f for 7 to 10 min each for reassembly
-customization of housing, for me was simple, I just blacked out headlamps and marker lamps, BI-XENON: MORIMOTO MINI H1 7.0 are a direct fit and a high quality lamp!
Im sure im missing a few things, and i need to get my photo host account fixed for more pics!

Sanding polishing time was approx 26hrs . Had a setback with polishing. Must have got grit in a pad. Headlamps went from near completion. Back to 1500...uhhg. could do in under 20. But honestly....ill custom clean mount a rigid led bar before id do that again
