I don't know about the EJ20T, but I have heard that when driving an EJ20G from an EJ22T ECU, that one must use the EJ22T coil packs, not the coil-per-plug wire system. Also the EJ20G has bigger injectors, so one must use a piggyback fuel contoller (such as a Field) to reduce the pulse duration, as the EJ22T ECU is expecting to do its work through smaller injectors.
