Yahoo changed the preferences on everyone's account. If you elected
to get email messages for this group rather than just check on the
web, go to http://subscribe.yahoo.com/showaccount - you will see that
all options have been changes to 'yes' (including home phone calls!).
Change them to 'no' to prevent SPAM.
