Ask them if you can get a new exhaust housing rather than the clip. I'd think you could bolt up any exhaust housing out of the VF turbos, I'd try to get one with a bigger AR.

I don't like the clip idea unless you know what you are doing and want mad top end.

Your best bet is to soak it in solvent for a few days-month.

Heat is the other big factor, get a torch on the housing.

I think it's me. I messed up some when I first installed my wbO2. I can adjust my fuel and timing with the PP so it seems to work fine.

You must have some issue with the pump or radiator. Mine never got hot no matter how hard I ran it. I had a real good pump and was using the A/C condensor for a radiator. You are just asking for trouble if you don't take care of the coolant tank. Mine blew with nothing touching it.

If you can do a little bit of wiring the stock turbo ECU will run it well. You don't need a new harness just a few changes and a few new wires run.
