Non turbo. Heavily modified suspension but basically stock engine. I do have a scooped hood to be installed (using the wrx sized scoop). I currently have a little over 4k saved to do an engine swap. I plan to install a low mileage (under 10k) 2003 wrx engine. Im still contemplating wether I want to ...

Well, I know for one thing that THE WHEELS MUST STILL TRAVEL AT NEAR THE SAME SPEED.

For example, putting the fwd fuse in and testing on a two wheel dyno while the rear wheels remain still does damage the center diff (just not very much).

Search around for adjusting the band. If the RPM raise when shifting from 1-2 then the band is slipping.

I rather like the solid black trim, I wish I had it. I plan to add the signals on the side like he has. I just wonder how he was able to smog the thing. You can easily tell its not USDM from the image of the back of the car, the plate in the middle of the tail lights is very different.

No such thing. The manual transmission on all cars 90+ are strictly mechanical, except the XT6 which had a lockable center diff.

I suggest a quick test, switch to another name brand gas and try using the highest octane in that brand available for one full tank (fill up when near empty).

Then when the tank is half empty reset the ECU again and drive around and see if the problem exists.

They only cost about 25k :o

Too bad too, I know someone who is a 4x4 nut who would almost buy them even at that price.

I like the part in the video where the truck floats over the snow then the guy steps in between the tracks and sinks!

So for those of you who used the strut tops, they come with all the hardware that sits between the spring and the body or??? What do you have to reuse?

I assume that these let you use the Large diameter springs right?

I did some more research. In fact this does provide better lighting with a very similar (hard to measure) beam pattern. The difference is that the filament in this bulb is perpendicular to that of the 9004. Just create two notches in the bulbs or snap the tabs off in your existing housing and they w...
