Ye i will start it about 5 mins before i drive it, the ticking noise doesn't start straight away it will take a minute or 2 to start and it will then tick for about 2 mins and then all of a sudden stop and thats it for the day. But if i only give it a minute warm-up and then drive sometimes the tick...

Same with my car except if i leave it ticking over it solves the ticking problem. I normally let the car tick over in the morning till its up to working temp then drive away but the once or twice i didn't do it the ticking noise stays there for the day 2 days ago i changed the oil for 10W40 (from 0W...

So this means that i can go ahead and buy a set of wheels and tyres off an My03 impreza with a 53 offset even do the off set on my 92 legacy rs has an offset of 55 ???

Had the exact same problem myself and i got the gearbox oil changed and its like driving a new car again. The lads in my local subaru center used Mobil 1 oil.

Its looking well but the front could do with been seriously lowered and a little on the back, looks like the engine has been taken out

Suppose there is solder that has a higher melting point but if someone told u that they soldered your muffler would u trust it

Would solder not melt if used on a muffler as it has a low melting point ???

Looks well Josh pitty my 1 wasn't like yours, i could have done it myself in stead of payin a tidy sum to get a 3" piece of s/s welded in to my muffler.

I tried this the other day and i can tell u that the pipe work is perfect around the rear axle but the lenght of the box itself is about 3" too short to reach the rear hangers. U would have to cut the pipe where it goes into the box and weld a 3" piece into there for the 2 hangers on the b...
