Alright we figured it out! 1. The timing belt was put on wrong and the crank sensor and the cam sensor were to far out of wack to read. Fixed that. 2. The voltage never drops below 9.5V coming into the computer the whole time we are cranking the starter.

We installed a link ecu in our rockbuggy to run a 2.2L from a 90 legacy. Everything is wired correctly (we checked it a hundred times).
