I'll check...
yeah, the part number should be stamped on it. That or the box it came in would have a Number if the box was directly from SOJ.

Its easy. I did this yesterday in the cold weather outside at an ice racing event with minimal tools. Fold down rear sear, unscrew the 4 phillips screws, take off plate, and there are like 10 - 8mm bolts. Take out those then the electrical connecter and the 3 hoses and its out. BTW, the hoses are a ...

If the plugs were missing their electrodes it wouldn't be from a rich condition, so they wouldn't be fouled or smell like gas. Assuming the plugs were the right ones, sounds like you have a lean condition or timing problem. Most likely, lean condition. Check the codes. I've only owned the car since...

Also, on 1st-gen cars missing cats will not throw a trouble code.
Even if the rear 02 sensor is completely disconnected, which mine is?

It does kind of sound like a cam or crank sensor, except that either of those signals being missing would trip a trouble code in the ECU, and you didn't mention the Check Engine light being on. Plugs missing their electrodes?! I hope you did a tuneup after that. My CEL is always on since I'm runnin...

Well it cranks just fine. I'd figure if the starter solenoid was loose it wouldn't crank.

Others are thinking crank position sensor.

car wont start . need a diagnosis

I have a problem and my car won't start and think its an electrical problem. Seeing if anyone has insight to what could be causing the problem. At first it was intermittent then over the weekend got worse and now won't start at all. It started when I was driving long distance and when I filled up it...

What are you smoking Nick?

They WILL NOT FIT! The pinks are topfeed, we use sidefeed.
so I need the N/A rails then?

Think either controlling it mechanically with a RRFPR. If that won't work possibly a dtec.

STi Pink Injectors?

So i got a killer deal on some STi Pink Injectors. I've searched and haven't found an answer to my question.

Do I need the N/A rails to use there? I found that you do for the STi yellow, but not the pinks. What would get these on the car?

FSM for Tranny/Drivetrain???

I've read all the stickies and have looked around feverishly for a Full Service manual that covers the transmissions for our cars. I found the sticky that has 2 FSM for the engine, fuel, and electrical systems, but the whole drivetrain section was left out :( . Does anyone have PDF's or links to a s...

Im doing a swap to a 5mt from a 99 rs-turbo with an ej20g and 5mt. The guy I'm buying everything from (tranny, clutch, flywheel, linkages, pedals, driveshaft, etc) said that the current tranny uses an electrical speedo cable where my '92 ss uses a mechanical cable. Any proof or workaround to this? I...

As far as the extension...each exhaust is different, so you will have to measure and figure out how long of an extension you will need.
