I just got a used turbosmart electronic boost control and was wondering how to hook it up? I know about the vaccom lines but to you just wire it to 12v and ground it?

Front So one from a 02 wrx wont fit?

Is there a specific year upper strut brace that will fit a 93 Tleg? Or do any year fit?

I have a 93 legacy turbo with 177K with an auto. I did alot of body work this winter along with 2 struts ball joint and a tune up. I also put a saab intercooler, magna flow muffler and a boost gauge. The car runs and drives very good. But it needs brake pads, an upper strut mount and it has a vacuum...

I just checked my tranny today to see if it was low and it was brownish with the smell of ATF and gear oil. Then i check the front diff and it was reddish. Anyone ever had this problem? Is it worth fixing or should i just swap a 5spd? The car is a 93 ss auto with 175k and still runs strong.

Kool! I thought that the tranny was on its way out. How do you adjust it?

I have a 93 ss with an auto and most of the time 3rd takes about 2-5 seconds to fully ingage. Does this mean the tranny is on the way out? Other than that the tranny shifts fine and the power mode doesnt work. If its time for a tranny im gonna swap in a 5mt.

I sprayed mine with WD-40 and moved it with plyers. Now it work just fine. No more over boost and hitting the fuel cut.

Does the wastegate actuator move towards the firewall when open or towards the front of the car?

No the car is stock. Just bought it about a month ago.

I was told that the fuel cut out was 13psi. Thats right where it cuts out.

Well i finally got around to check for bad vaccum linse and there all look good. Could the waste gate actuator be rusted close?

As soon as i get some good weather i want to put a muffler on my car. What would you guys recomend? My last subaru was a 01 2.5rs with a fart can that was kind of loud. Id like something that wont get me pulled over.

I just bought a 93 legacy turbo with 173K for $700 that needs some work but runs good. When i got the car it would cut out at about 5000 rpm at full throtle. The other day i hooked up a boost gauge and its running about 13psi! So is the cutting out the fuel cut out? What would cause to much boost? O...
