Re: nosyt's 93 turbo legacy wagon

Hey thanks man! Few of us survivors still on here.
I am in the same boat of not liking most scoops but found the moulded in lgt scoop suited the style of the build once I had the wing on.

Re: nosyt's 93 turbo legacy wagon

Thanks! was a little bit of work but came out clean. I cut the LGT hood scoop out in a fairly simple centered pattern that gave me a nice flat mounting flange. I then measured out and cut the first gen hood (NA hood don't worry I didn't kill a turbo hood) with about an inch of over lap. the 1gen hoo...

Re: nosyt's 93 turbo legacy wagon

Been a while since I've updated my build. Just got the car back on the road yesterday. Nothing majorly new mechanical wise just cleaned up a couple things and replaced a couple coolant hoses, but I finally got around to building my custom hood with a 4th gen LGT scoop and fitted 3rd gen outback side...

Re: possible importing business

the main thing since you are getting a container would be the items that are too fragile/large to be cost effective to ship on their own like side skirts, front and rear lips, seats, hoods that sort of stuff I know personally id be interested in oem side skirts and a oem/or replica legacy sti front ...

The upper one I was able to get back in decent enough that it's not going anywhere plus the spoiler holds it in too now. It was the lower one there is no way I could get it to stay on

Re: nosyt's 93 turbo legacy wagon

I realized the other day I never installed the black trim ring onto my ignition cylinder after my car was broken into years ago, so naturally had to change it up a bit and installed the red LGT ignition ring

Re: Joe's 93 RHD Legacy Wagon Build

are you planning on removing the rear window? I made the mistake of pulling mine off when I wrapped my car and you cant install the bottom molding while the glass is still in the car. the good news is that I was able to get a brand new molding from Subaru just haven't been able to put it on yet

Re: 1990 legacy sedan high pitched squeal

sounds about right to be speedo cable. happens when it gets cold sometimes and the grease thickens up.
You can sometimes reach up under the dash and find the cable and make sure its fully pushed into the gauge cluster or remove the cluster and access the cable to lubricate it

Just a couple updated photos and my new six speed badge and black aluminum reverse lockout. Car is parked for the winter now and I have a few things planned for it. Re: Group Buy: Legacy Six Speed Badges

depends on the size of order we are able to place. Right now we are looking at around $50-60AUD. If we organize properly we might be able to spit shipping from Australia to the usa for all the guys here then post them out from one location to save on shipping costs

For those who have the factory trim that has the five speed pattern but have done a six speed swap these will be a direct replacement. We are trying to get at least 10 people ...
