I will also sell the hole car minus motor and wiring harness for $400obo car was hit in the front so the hood fenders and bumper no good but everything else can be used

alright i have decided to go with the ej22t heads and pistons but having a hard time finding the pistons.
also was reading on this forum and thought i saw that if the intake bolt holes lined up it was a phase I is this true if so mine is not phase one

yeah i thought it was phase I. I was all confused for a little while. but i still have the singel port exhaust so would changing the heads to the ej22t be a good upgrade also seems easer to hook up the turbo sence it has the water and oil holes

i want to turbo it and put it in my vw beetle would only wont to get around 200-250hp out of it. i want drive it to much but i am pretty rough on suff so want to be a reliable

So can I put the turbo pistons in it out of the phase 1 also what would y'all recomend on heads

I got the motor out of a 98 impreza out back sport. It only has single port exhaust so it is a phase 2? There are to many different motors in the subarus haha

Also just remembered the heads on the ej22t are dual port and the ej22t are single port is there a big diferance in the flow. So are the heads the same on ej22e and the ej22t or is the cam and rockers differant. And are the compresion chamber the same

I have decided I am going to use the ej25 sohc heads. What head gasket do I need to use also will the stock intake fit those heads.
