all the Legacy MTs are 6 speeds now.

however, it is not the solid case that is in the STi it is a split case like the 5MT, just with and extra gear in there.

I don't know what is the max size, but my 205-70R-15 rub @ full lock and there's not much room between the front of the back tires and fender wells.....USMB should have the max size that'll fit. Go HERE and SEARCH on Lift...you'll also get some pics. Only you know what's too much/not enough lift. I put '97 OB struts on my '90 wagon and I think it's just right....4me. a vinyl strip would work just fine. there are people on here that have blacked out the chrome strip on the side of the car using electrical tape.

U cannot race Awd or Open cars in Rally America if u r new. U have to start out in 2wd cars and get enough points to move up in class and then qualify for the license IIRC.
