oil change, air filter, cleaned throttle body ( no hesitation now, should have done it a long time ago ), next week i' ll clean the MAF sensor, going on 160.000 miles....

i did the oil change, switch to mobil super high milage and cleaned battery posts, put in a new starter.....

you are right (evolutionmovement), i' m sticking with the high mileage pennz. why eat 7$ for 2$. i use 10w-30 all year round, i live in northeast pa and according to the manual i can use 10w, doesnt get that extreme here.

well, i am going by miles and it always is between 1500 and 2000 miles after oil change, almost like clock work. (BoostedSubbie) i have never used any engine treatment and i only saw smoke from the exhaust on cold days not in warm days, wasn't even blue. Now when is time for the next oil change at 3...

HI, I'M KINDA NEW HERE AND I WAS I WONDERING IF ANYBODY HAD EXPERIENCE THIS. AFTER AN OIL CHANGE MY (92 LEGACY L 2.2 147.000 MILES) " BURNS" A QUART OF OIL BETWEEN 1,500 AND 2,000 MILES. NO CHANGE IN PERFORMANCE, NO OIL ON THE GROUND AND I DON'T SEE ANY ON MUFFLER. (CHANGED PVC VALVE), NO ...

92 legacy 147000 miles, i was using 87 and was having LOUD pinging\ knocking noise, started using 89 and don't hear any noise. Maybe it has something to do with the octane after all ( non turbo )

i changed plugs about a month ago and it was a big improvement. i used bosch+2 plugs nad i have to say it gets lower rpms and better gas mileage, i used to get 21-22 miles to the gallon now im getting 25-26 miles just going to work and home, haven't gone on a long trip on the highway...first time i ...

i get 25-26 just going to work. i have a 23 mile trip and i get on the highway for about 6 miles, the rest is back roads. ( HuSS)- there is something def. wrong there.....
