ok, im pulling the pan and replacing the filter, im going to clean the inside of the pan and the magnet and do a fluid drain today. realllllly hoping this helps.

ya thats what i thought. i am currently in the process of looking for that stuff. so for the external filter, do i need to drain the whole trans or is it something i can just run out to the car and check?

Im sorry that was vague. um .. im asking if the car would be in while in reverse or would it be awd. i understand how the awd system works with the auto. usually 50/50 thru the first two gears then a 90/10 split for the last two. if the car is in reverse whats the ratio

im confused about what drive the car would be in when in reverse.As well as maybe someone whose done this a pics or a how to kinda thing would be cool

Ok so at lunch I took the tire pressure of all the tires, the rears were terrible :/ partly my fault for not checking them more often , any way the wheel that had been making the terrible noise was at 15 psi. Well I drove to work this morning, the car creaked and groaned as I was leaving my apartment complex, once I got up to speed it didn't seem to be making the noise even stopping at lights. Then when I got to work and backed into my parking spot the wretched noise came back? Confused

Ok, I charged the battery all night Saturday. Threw it into the car sunday morning and again when it was connected the abs unit started humming. So I unplugged the battery and pulled the abs fuse. Started the car let it run for 5 min and plugged the abs fuse back in and voile ! No more humming. Stil...

Ok, cool. Thank you for that . I'll take a stab at it tomorrow , I brought the battery in and it will be on a charger all night. I Plopped it on when I got home and it was reading around 50% how do I unplug the abs unit ?
