Re: FS:NJ 97-98 RA trans and a GC manual driveshaft price d
from what i was told the stock SS axles are plug and play, the only thing youd need is a 4.44 rear diff. unfortunatly i scrapped my ss and im not going turbo on my current subaru, so i cant tell for sure, but from what i was told all you need is the diff

BG trans swap questions
I picked up a JDM trans to swap into my BG and have some questions. Would the axles work from my SS manual, and would the driveshaft from my SS work?
The trans is out of a impreza with a 4.444 gear ratio, the guy thinks it might be out of an RA but I won't find out till this weekend if it matters

The v1-2 can be cut to fit, but I'd prefer to not chop things to fit

Re: TD04 question
Ah. I would definitely just install the air/water intercooler at the same time as the new turbo. For the time being, you can install just the interooler and not bother with the water pump, radiator, or hoses. In fact, if you fill an AWIC most of the way with coolant (not all the way or it'll overfl...

I just want to verify, assuming i DO NOT have an intercooler(for the time being) the only thing i need is the 90 degree elbow for the intake to inlet, right? also, if i were to add a AWIC from a JDM model in about a month or ...
