the only time you dont need to have the ignitor at all is with the cop setup. if you are using a converter, the ignitor needs to be modified!

jimbos legacy, the 91 ss was the only one to come with an vlsd in the rear from the factory. all other ss and the wagons did not.

if you wanted to stick with the silicone 90, id say you could cut a bit off the vertical portion to suck the hard 90 down to more tolerable levels.

i think you should be good with that cast elbow, if you are going to find someone to weld cast aluminum you might as well have them put on a little extension just to make sure you have enough material to clamp to. if i was in your position, id go this route. i dont know if that should make you feel ...

looks pretty tall and looking from the front it looks to be "leaning back" a bit. how is the hood clearance? the hard plastic will make it easy to weld in your ports.

yep i owuld just trim a little at a time and see how it fits every time. i find when i do silicone cutting i always cut too big first and fuck it up haha

nice! ive been skiing pretty much my whole life. 27 years now, i started when i was 3. i lived and worked at a ski resort near here, all year round. it was a fun life for a time but ultimately, not one i wanted to pursue any longer. so im totally familiar with the lifestyle haha

see if you can trim more off of the turbo side of the elbow. to make it more extreme of an angle if that makes sense.
