FS: GC8 5spd special ratio dog box kit $7500/obo

Hello, I've got a dog box kit for sale. It's manufactured by Modena and is new. In case you aren't familiar with Modena, they are the original high performance aftermarket manufacturer of Subaru gearboxes. They've got half a dozen Australian national rally championships to their name, Tommi Makinen ...

Bump and free freight.

Didn't see the question until tonight. Ej205/Ej207 pistons fit just fine with the right rings. Anything forged for a US Ej20 will work in this block.

FS: Running Driving '94 SS 5MT with no title...

I got this car as a partial trade a while back and was going to play with it. I just don't have the time. It starts up fine but smokes. It's been sitting for the better part of a year. I don't know a whole lot about the history. It came from North Dakota and is now in Greeley, Colorado. There's a ti...

Wow. That's a steal for this car. The engine alone has had $4000 put into it in the last year. Someone give this car a good home.

FS: EJ20G closed deck block and crank for sale

Hello, I've got a closed deck Ej20G for sale. It's just the block and the crank. You'll need to source your own rods and pistons. The crank measures std/std. The block has been hot tanked and is ready for reassembly. All four squirters are present and in place though I would personally pull them and...

SOHC Ej251 heads aren't an option for you with that ECU. Ej20G, EJ20k and Ej25d are your choices. Oh, and Ej20R and Ej20H TT heads. Read the unspoken details thread. You'll learn a lot.

Not true. He needs a cam for the shimmed heads designed for an Ej20K. Ej20G cams don't work in the Ej25D heads, with the exception of the one year only early HLA EJ25D heads. Those heads ONLY take an Ej20G cam. All other Ej25D's need Ej20K cams.

Six year bump... :D I was giving someone some guidance on this today and figured I would update this thread for references sake. The mistake I made on this install is that I didn't realize that the stock midpipe on the legacy turbo is a true 2.5" pipe and bigger than a stock WRX midpipe. On sub...

why would u swap to a 3.54 rear end, the sti uses a 3.90 rear end just like the '91 turbos... and what about the front cv axels, i didnt quite understand.. Because that variant of the STi uses a 1.1:1 reducer gear at the center differential just like the WRX does. However, if you get an '07 or newe...

If that's the number on the tranny you want to put in that's a USDM 1993 Legacy SS 5MT witgh 3.9FD. That's not a JDM number.

Lee, You cannot switch over your '96 tailcone because of the 1.1:1 reducer gears used in the WRX gearbox. While you may be able to move them over to the other tailcone based on your description of what's going on there, they may already been fubured. Let me check. I might still have the parts you ne...

I don't know if the WRX guys are still interested in these since they have the 2.5s to go for, but NASIOC might be another option worth looking at. Ron, formerly from Axis Power, is still building engines with them. He does 2.3 and 2.4l builds with them. The least I've ever sold one for is $450. Th...

Send me a private message with what you are looking to pay. I've got a couple but it would have to be the right price to convince me to part with one.
