Doors dont lock?
On my 92 legacy, I can lock all the doors, but evertime that I close the driver or passenger side doors, they unlock, is there something I can do or do I take it to the Subaru dealer?

Mine lock randomly.
The driver's door locks when you pull on the inside door handle. The rear driver's side door locks when you open it then close it again.

Actually, IronMonkey, you are referring to a different problem than the other two posts.
The first issue is by design, I believe, to prevent you from locking your keys in the car (as you have to either lock the door from outside with the key or hold the exterior door latch open while you close the door, thus making sure that you are intentionally locking the door). This is very common behavior on cars built around this time (in fact, I believe my '86 RX does this as well, but can't recall since I usually lock it with a key anyway).
The second issue is a side-effect of the locking mechanisms wearing out over time (my left-rear door does this). Basically, the symptom is that pulling the interior door latch rotates the lock button as well, thus relocking the door instead of actually opening it. The workaround is to hold the lock button in the unlocked position (to prevent it from moving) while pulling the latch. From my conversations with Dale at Boxer4Racing and from reading posts here, this seems to be a very common issue on the early Legacies.

Here's a fix to the 2nd issue Warp mentioned. Takes a while if you've never done it before.

Note: chiseling the door wasn't needed for my wire to fit between the lock mechanism and the sheet metal
