Beef fat. I'm pretty sure, but if I cared I could call my uncle - he's in charge of regulating the chicken industry, but he knows all that other crap, too.

You're in for the deadly 8. Good luck in Iraq. If you want one last fuck, call me.

Godspeed.

EDIT:

What I mean to say is that you don't just do reserves. You're in for 8, whether you know/like it or not. It's an okay way to go, but if you haven't signed your life over yet, I'd really reconsider. Joining the military isn't the escape option it used to be.

Yeah, oil for the Iraqis. They pay next to nothing thanks to our subsidizing while it costs me well over $30 to fill a Subaru.

As a note: chicks with guns are f'n hot!

Ever think of the Coast Guard, too? Aren't too many getting shot at unless you count the occasional smuggler.

Good luck no matter what. I have a few friends around herew that have been over there and there are a few people on this board thast maybe could share info if you have any questions.

the only military branch offered at EWU is the army rotc/national guard. and i know 8 years seems like a lot, but i can't be deployed or put into action for 2 years until i complete my basic and advanced training courses. they're deferring them for me because i'm in school. i'm not freaked out about being shipped out, and i hate the goddamn moron that the majority of our country elected to 'lead' the country. if and when i'm deployed to an oil-rich country, i'll find a way to smuggle it back for all my fellow suby lovers  i can't wait to shoot things and have a 6-pack! oh....and serve my country!

I think we need to meet! You're another person who'd probably like Midnight in a Perfect World. Now that I am getting money I can afford to publish it.

i think all of us should meet in, say, Kansas or Nebraska. the middle of nowhere. it'd be an even compromise for everyone, and we could do fun things and not piss anyone off!

We could meet at the dust bowel or something, and then have a detail day afterwards!
