SVX wheels and brakes

Post by scottzg »

I have access to an svx that is being parted out. I really really doubt the wheels would fit without any modification, but how far off would it be? While im at it, could i use the SVX brakes too? That combination stops the 3600 lb svx pretty good, imagine on my 2800lb legacy...

oh, and does anyone know the dimensions on those boogers?

Can't you swap over the calipers and brackets and rotors? I thought all EJ cars had the same bracket attachment point.

You guys must be fat today

Remember? SVX is 5x114.3 bolt pattern!!!! Its damn near impossible to find aftermarket wheels with the right bolt pattern and offset.

The SVX is not a EJ car. It is a EG car. And Ciper is correct about the bolt pattern, although the are a lot more wheels that SVX owners have found that fit correctly.

Learn something new everyday. Brats are 4x140, try finding a wheel for that! Peugots used that size on some cars... but where are you gonna find those?

nubs: They may fit, but are they the correct offset? Most are probably honda FWD wheels.
