UPDATE: Struts, Springs and Brakes Done, thread here:

http://bbs.legacycentral.org/viewtopic.php?t=25461

And for the fellow tool heads, here's my lathe set up for turning the rotors, the trick to smooth brake feel is cutting both sides at the same time, like a real brake machine. Yes I'm cutting with reverse rotation... that way I could use a standard boring bar for the side close to the chuck.

The results... and the brakes feel smooth as glass.

the intake manifold gasket, does it match the heads and intake manifold perfect, like there is no meat left around the gaskets.
