4 eat Shifter

Can anyone help me on this ?

Shifter no longer works with just the selector button on the side, you must depress the the shift lock button to get out of PARK.
Once you do that everything works fine until you go back to park, then you have to again hit that shift lock button.

Do your brakelights work?

Sounds like either the brake switch or the shift solenoid not working

You should hear a click when you press the brake pedal while the car is on and in park. Is the click there?
